Dr. Kaidi is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties. He is also an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
He served as a clinical assistant professor of plastic surgery at the University of California, Irvine, and has received numerous awards and publications. He served as the past Chairman of Plastic Surgery at Hoag Memorial Hospital in Newport Beach, California.
